Syleane ships to many countries worldwide. Available services and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address and select your country.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – CUSTOMS DUTY & TAXES +
For some international destinations, customs duties and taxes are included in the amount you pay at checkout – in this case, you’ll see a clear message that there will be no additional import charges when your parcel arrives.
For other countries, orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you’re unsure about possible charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? +
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to your Syleane account to view your orders and access tracking information from there.
MY PARCEL IS DELAYED OR MISSING – WHAT SHOULD I DO? +
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, please first check your tracking link for the latest updates from the carrier.
If there’s no new scan for several days, or if your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, contact our customer care team with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate this with the carrier.
