To keep your Syleane pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and household chemicals, and remove jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches and tangling, and gently polish with a soft cloth when needed.

Syleane jewellery is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults from the original date of purchase.

This does not cover loss, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or care. If you believe your piece is faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review it.

The easiest way is to measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits the finger you’d like to wear your Syleane ring on, then compare it with our ring size guide.

You can also wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length and use this to check your size.
