Ring size guide

Find your perfect Syleane ring size with our simple methods and conversion chart. Take a few minutes to measure carefully – a well-fitting ring should feel secure on the finger, but still slide comfortably over the knuckle.

3 easy ways to find your ring size

1

Measure a ring you already own

Choose a ring that fits the same finger you want to wear your Syleane ring on. Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimetres (mm), from one inner edge straight across to the other.

2

Measure your finger

Wrap a thin strip of paper (or soft tape measure) around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet, then measure the length in mm. This gives you your finger circumference.

3

Compare with our size chart

Use the chart below to match your inside diameter or circumference to the closest Syleane ring size. If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

Understanding ring sizes

At Syleane, our ring sizes follow the European / French system (based on inside circumference in mm) and can easily be converted to US / UK systems using the table opposite.

Inside diameter is the distance across the inside of the ring. Circumference is the distance around your finger or the inside of the ring.

Your perfect size may vary slightly depending on the design – for example, very wide bands can feel tighter and may require one size up.

Tip: Measure your finger at the end of the day, when it is at its largest, and avoid measuring when your hands are very cold or very warm.

Fit tips

  • Your ring should slide over the knuckle with a gentle twist and feel secure once in place.
  • For stacking rings, you may prefer a slightly larger size for comfort.
  • For wide bands, consider going up half a size compared to slim bands.
  • If your finger size changes with temperature or during the day, choose the size that feels best most of the time.
